** spoiler alert ** It's a good read, will confess that I didn't think I would like it, or indeed enjoy it, but it surprised me.
Though I enjoyed it, it's not something I would re-read again, mainly because there was a few things that I didn't like.
Arabella's romance with Chuck, it felt like to was rushed, something didn't sit right with me, you didn't really know about him, he felt a bit 2D, whereas someone like Mimi was given more depth, as was Conrad, but Chuck was just a bit bland.
The main focus wasn't about the romance, it was the relationship with Arabella and her mother, which was the focal point to the whole thing, maybe the romance was to excite people a bit more, but I felt it just didn't work too well.
