A new staple - great ideas, really helped me flesh out a fantastic cauliflower, dates and olives dish inspired my a menu item at Jaleo.

Dree Is this vegetarian food that isn't built on fake meats? I just don't get the whole fake meat thing, but love my veggies!

Al No fake meats. I am with you, I do not get why people are into that. Anyway, these are just great recipes. They celebrate the food.
