it was amazing

Sandry's book is an exciting tale of misfits, magic, danger, and the beginnings of a friendship. Sandry, Daja, Tris, and Briar are all in dire need of help. Whether it is mark of an outsider to their own people, protection turned entrapment, the third brand of an x, or loss of control, they are in desperate need of Winding Circle. After they find themselves in a cabin secluded from they rest of Winding Circle, they learn that they all are specialized mages. Daja learns to utilize her gift of fire and deal with the memories of her past. Tris attempts to control her unruly temper and equally unruly weather magic. Briar finds that his gift of plants is the calling that he has been waiting for his whole life. Meanwhile, Sandry learns that her gift of thread magic is more important than it appears. But when tragedy strikes, can the do the unthinkable to save themselves?

This fantasy book was an amazing read. The author did a great job of pulling me in and keeping me hooked to the end. The only thing that I disliked about the book was that the beginning was slightly confusing. However, when the main characters' stories mingle and melge, it concretes the feeling that you can't put it down until you know what happens next. I would recommend this book to fantasy lovers, or even people who want to go out of their comfort zone to experience a story of truimph and the uniting of the outcasts.
