This certainly isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like your tales of touring graphic, unashamed and filled with vivid depictions then you'll enjoy this.

I'd have liked more information about the relations with the bigger bands they toured with back in the day, but then that would be removing the focus from the true stars here.

I can recall one gig I attended, where there were perhaps 30 people in the room, but the performance was electric and there was no sense of disappointment or frustration, just a tight, well oiled machine pumping out chords that would blow most bands off stage.

Zodiac Mindwarp has always enjoyed a phenomenal stage presence, and this book provides the background to his approach and development.
