Loved his previous short story collection and loved the opening lines of this book: "For those who are lost, there will always be cities that feel like home. Places where lonely people can live in exile of their own lives - far away from anything that was ever imagined for them. Athens has long been a place where lonely people go." The first half of the book totally delivered, but the second half was a bit disappointing. A little too abstract and short on Van Booy's usual pithy revelations.
