In this book Ambros, which is Nick in the future is trying to influence different things that happened in his past. This is something that I could not remember from the first book. Although that did not take anything away from this book for me. If anything it added to the book. I am a fan of the adult books and I do tend too get the book confused with the others. I think it is the amount of books in the series and the time between reading and publishing.

Nick is an amazing character in the adult series and reading about him as a kid is just awesome. Nick trying to change events in his life just makes an already great series even cooler than it already is. Kenyon is just one of those authors who can take an already fantastic book and make it even more fantastic.
