I have been meaning to read Shadow Divers for a couple of years, but it has just gotten away from. I cannot believe it took me this long to get to it. It is one of the best books I have read in years.

Shadow Divers tells the story of the discovery and identification of a World War II U-boat sunk in two hundred feet of water sixty miles off the New Jersey Coast. This discovery rewrote parts of WWII naval history. The book is a thrilling adventure, a humanization of long forgotten sailors, and a riveting technical description of deep water diving(The beginning of Chapter is harrowing.).

I will definitely be rereading this one before too long.
