This can be read as individual stories, but it's all these stories about this one woman's life.

A lot of the stories had me laughing in the middle of the library. For example: The peacock's wife was murdered by a weasel, turning his love to rage. When the chickens didn't pay any mind to his feather show he pecked them to death. (The way she describes it is just hilarious, you have to trust me.)

Much better than Good Bones and Simple Murders (is that the title?)... it's also a bit longer. It took me twice as long to read it.
