Arun Divakar Thanks to you, I watched Susan Cain's talk on TED on the same topic. She offered quite a few points which did sound very interesting. I definitely am interested in the book now !

Nazir Ahmed Just started the audio book to listen to when driving to work. Very interesting take on how current expectations shape what is thought of as a good personality. Awaiting your review.
