Like Vonnegut's `Gallapogos', this novel is an actual life experience. Never mind if you've seen the movie - that has so little to do with the value of this book. It's so funny you'll laugh until you feel like a moron and it's so sad you'll wonder why the hell you're laughing at anything. Great book. Highly recommended.
