Read from December 29 to 30, 2011

This was masterfully written. I thought surely I wouldn't be interested in reading all of it since it's like 500+ pages but it was terribly interesting all along the way, and I can actually say that I read... 96% of it. My interest in WWII has been evolving. I am very interested in seeing the different side of things in something so historic, and so currently I am on a German kick. Seeing pre- mid- and post-war through their eyes. Bonhoeffer was a brave and beautiful soul in his dedication to God and to what was "the right thing to do." He was so intelligent and came from an incredibly intelligent family.
