The JFK conspiracy, time travel, Stephen King... as soon as I found out such a combination existed, the conspiracy nerd fan-boy in me cried out WANT! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!
It didn't take me that long to finish it. A relatively chunky read it was, however I was fascinated by the detail which the author defined, allowing this unbelievable scenario to come to life. 11.22.63 is an exquisite example of how King excels in developing his characters. From the first few pages the protagonist, Jake Epping's personality jumps off the page and as the story progresses and gets more complicated, so too does Jake's character.
