"The Countess's Pleasure" by Emma Holly. Give it 3 stars..
Not a bad read, quite easy to get into. Was bit different with the whole demon and human coexisting outlook...

""The Breed Next Door" by Lora Leigh. Probably give it 4 stars...
I really enjoyed this quick novella for the Breed series. Was short and sweet but it still included the best parts of what Leigh brings to the Breed series. Recommend giving it a go if you are following the Breed series.

"The Blood Kiss" by Shiloh Walker. Prob 3.5 stars.
I love vampire and werewolves stories so this one was definitely working that angle for me. Was enjoyable to read but quite predictable. Also found by naming the leading lady "Julliette from the House of Capiet" did not work to bolster the text/story by suggesting a link toward Shakespeare's piece of literary genius - felt that it actually worked against the story as I found it a bit lame and insulting that Walker tried to 'jump on the bandwagon' in that respect. But each to their own...

"Falling for Anthony" by Meljean Brook. One star.
I found this story agonising to get through! I ended up skimming a lot of it because it was just too slow, too bogged down in descriptions and new races and their history - as well as the fact that I could not stand the leading lady Emily - she just seemed to me to be a spoilt, self-involved, petty woman that felt she could string any man along and use people to benefit herself. Very irritating!
