This is the second time that I have read this book in the last six months, and I loved it even more this time. It is a brilliant concept for a novel, and it is enhanced by the alternating stories in each chapter. I love Victoria because she is a multidimensional character and you cannot help hoping for the best for her. She has a sad yet moving story that can partially be explained by the language of flowers. It is a way of communicating because each flower has its own distinct meaning. It is well-written, and I am looking forward to the next novel released by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. It was a great debut and it was well thought out. I would highly recommend this book.
