I would recommend this to any Christian who isn't afraid to be challenged to become like Jesus.

I loved reading this book about two young guys who had the courage to follow Christ in obedience as He called them to live as a couple of homeless guys for 5 months. They lived in 5 different cities across America, panhandling, meeting new friends and learning many hard lessons along the way. In the book, Yankoski shares these lessons with us, and in my reading my heart not only broke for the "least of these" in America, but more for the Church in America. Thank you Mike and Sam for opening my eyes a little wider so that I can begin to pray more earnestly that God would break our hearts over the things that break His and teach us how to be available to those who are hurting as He gives us wisdom while we wrestle through their struggles alongside of them.
