    <body><![CDATA[sometimes I can't believe the books I pick up...I think it has to do with the fact I live in a small town and if you want to read something you have to take what you can get.  Having said that, despite loathing the title of this book, despite kind of already knowing this stuff without knowing about it if that makes sense, it was interesting and I enjoyed reading how she put animal training ideas to use in her own life.  ]]></body>
