My apologies in advance for the unusually snarky review I'm about to offer. I rarely dislike a book as much as I disliked the 30% of this one that I managed to get through. I admit, at first I really thought the book was bad on purpose. The appalling grammar, the fantastically horrible and overly descriptive writing, and the plot holes the size of Miami really made me wonder if the whole thing was written by someone who hates this sort of book and who wants to do a satire piece about it. If that had been the case, the book would have been a 5 star bit of fun. Unfortunately, this was not the case. At some point, I realized it was taking itself seriously and I had to give up and put it down. This is going firmly on my 'AVOID AT ALL COSTS' list.
