Jack and Annie are transported to the Middle Ages, where they follow a mysterious black knight into a castle. There they run afoul of some palace servers, who then call some guards to chase them. Annie uses some modern technology to through the guards off their tail, albeit briefly. The siblings race through the various rooms of the castle, but can they escape their pursuers?
This is a short novel for the primary set that is already becoming a little formulaic in its second book. But that is comforting to the beginning reader who is looking to decode text. The plot is also a little thin for the adult reader.
