Explained from the point of view of a dolphin trainer, this book gives practical advice on how to train anyone and anything from roommates and partners to dogs and even cats. She uses actual stories from her experience training to illustrate various principles. The psychological and behavioral theories behind the advice are also given. And it works. I've tried it. It is the basic idea that when properly motivated, people and animals will do things. It give great alternatives to punishments, especially for children and even teens.
