All right, here's the play-by-play as I work through this book - my physician recommended it to help with anxiety/depression-y things, and I was all "sure, I can therapize myself."
I'm on Chapter 3 right now, "Identifying and Rating Moods". This made me go "huh" because I thought it would be easy, and quickly realized that I have no idea what my negative moods are most of the time. I just know they're negative. Something tells me I'll be working on this chapter for a while...
