it was amazing
bookshelves: young-adult-ya, romance, paranormal-fantasy, must-re-read, reviewed

Read this when it first came out in 2008. I was hooked from the first page.
Chloe is unreal,I adore her spirt, how she always stands her ground and finds her way.She is has her- flaws but i liked how her weaknesses became her strengths. When she reaches womanhood, her Chloe is a necromancer which is a person who can resurrect dead people. Basically she is...This:description
description
Im Team Derek. He is not perfect, he isn't the goodlooking golden boy, he has pimples, he isn't the most cleanest of guys but its obvious that Chloe has a little something for him because she stutters everytime she talks to him. Black haired, muscley but still the typical moody 16 year old teenaged boy. I'd still go out with him though...
Another important fact is:Derek is tempermental and anti-social Lycan.description The complete opposite to his brother, Simon. Simon is gregarious and has a positive outlook on life and he appers to me a normal person-So why is he in the Lyle House? He IS the golden boy. He is kind and open-minded, Loyal like Derek.
I must admit, I did get a fright every now and then cause there is a few scary and ominous moments.
The story begins to unfold and you begin to find out what is going on at Lyle House...It ends with a fantastic cliff-hanger.
I Have Got to get the next book...
A great start to and intrigueing series.
