I've noticed in most Johanna Lindsey books, that she actually writes about just laughing with someone and it strengthens the bond between the Hero and Heroine.
This was an enjoyable and endearing novel--The first in the 'Reid family' series. I must say--its not as good as the older books--but still good.
I loved the heroine, Sabrina. I loved how selfless she was and how she loved to ease and entertain people.
OPHELIA...i can not wait to see what happens in her book-and how the will 'Tame the shrew'. Gads, she was awful...i wanted to slap her...I am interested to see how Johanna will tempt me or make me like her. However, I did like how Johanna showed that Ophelia wasn't always a heartless bitch, and that she still had feelings.

The Romance was so so. Very average...Not Johanna's best work, but still a good read and not a waste of money.
