The Sun Also Rises is a " vacation book " of a different sort. It follows the a group of International friends residing in Paris during the 1920's, who come to the conclusion that they all hate Paris and wish to get away for a holiday. The friends, I don't care about, not even enough to remember their names, but only enough to hate their personalities, every one of them!
Anyway..the group all go away to Spain and stay during a fiesta and basically no one comes back to the same life.

I'm unsure how to look at this novel too. The description of the events are almost non existent and leaves me wondering the simple things that should have been described. Two / Five Stars, and I'm being generous.
