Robards has written some great books and I count her as a favorite author. Sadly, Justice fell flat on its face and ended with a whimper. I didn't care for the feisty, impulsive heroine who should have been a whole lot smarter to have achieved the professional success Robards gave her. Also, I was pretty much constantly annoyed with the mangling of DC geography, its ethnicity, and its neighborhoods. One does not go tooling through Friendship Heights when traveling from College Park to Foggy Bottom. Southwest is SO NOT "the bad quadrant" and it was rude of the author to say so.

A lawyer with the emotional maturity of a 12-year old who we are told is the one who takes care of her mom and sisters...just doesn't fly. I may have to skip to the end to find out who the villain is because I've had all the heroine flouncing I can take."
