I don't read novels as a rule but this was a very good book. Suspenseful, good plot and characters. Writing was direct, no need to edit the story down at 325 pages there was no boredom in any part.

The story of a old family in North Carolina some of which have an offer to sell their property so a nuclear plant can be built but some are for and some are against, out of this the main family in the story deals with all kinds of mayhem, of which I won't give away. Being one that likes to guess the ending I was frustrated at every turn but pleased that I was kept guessing.

I look forward to reading the authors other books now, hopefully they are this enjoyable.
