This was a most unusual book. A daughter had to come home to take care of her dying mother. It the time that she was 'taking care' of her mother, they discovered things they did not know about each other, however, they still did not know 'everything' about each other. I did not like the father in the begining and at the end still did not like him. It is an interesting book about dying but mostly about living.
