THis book is written in the same style as Please Kill Me, i.e. biographical account of W.Z., as told by all those around Zevon, including his wife, children and musician friends. It's a mixture of a rock n' roll bio and the worst fucked up shit one could come accross in the tabloids and it moves quick.
All I will say about the man himself is he was very afflicted with Alcohol, OCD, and Sex addictions among others and when you mix those together with a real genius you get something pretty explosive.
