I read this book for the second or third time, i couldn't remember.
But what i do remember, is that i thoroughly enjoy reading it again.

Lady Sophia's lover is the book that got me hook to Lisa Kleypas, and as Kleypas now taking sabbatical in writing (because there's has been a long time since her last book was published). I start rereading her work. And Lady Sophia's lover does not disappoint.

The story began when Sophia's a gentlewoman fallen on hard time apply for work as Sir Ross' assistant. Sir Ross is magistrate for Bow Street Runner, and thus Sophia will be expose to the 'street' life which is not suitable for woman. But she insist and as Sir Ross who instantly fall in lust with her, relented.

But what he doesn't know is that Sophia has an ulterior motive, she wants revenge because sir Ross punished her brother and in a way killed him.

Can Sophia's gone through with her revenge? and what really happened with her brother? that what you have to find out in the book..

A sensual historical romance that won't disappoint you.. truly recommended.
