it was ok

The best part of the book for me isn't found in the theological discussions but in the descriptions of how atheists are treated or discriminated against/ dismissed in various cultures. That's interesting to read. The rest boils down to trying to figure out whether sources are credible and whether the argument holds water.

liz I've been meaning to read this. Also The Reason For God: Belief in an age of skepticism. I figure if i read both I'll break even. :-)

Maria I'm also reading "God: A Biography" to see if that perhaps absolves me from reading something claiming he's a delusion (trying to hedge my bets). If I am struck down by lightning, stop reading as soon as you hear! ;o)
