I LOVED Susan's The Gluten-Free Vegan
but I was disappointed by this one. There are too many nut-containing recipes in it for me, and no pictures, and no nutritional information. And maybe I have gotten too used to doing without breads and baked goods. Someone who is fine with nuts & missing their carbs will likely enjoy this book, but I found only a handful of recipes that I will make. I'll be looking forward to Susan's next book!
