really liked it
bookshelves: art-and-architecture

Informative, challenging and often wonderful essays on architecture, design, old and new homes, urban spaces and how buildings reflect our life, spirit, history and culture. A bit Euro-centric and it seems that Le Corbusier has a prominent spot in the author's thoughts but many of the insights, musings and aesthetic judgments are spot on. Highly illustrated as well.
