The book is interesting because the case was part of our local history. It inspires me to take my daughter to the sites and imagine a totally different Westminster.

I would have rated it higher, but the book is a little stiff - it is read more like non fiction - you are just looking into brief snapshots of their lives. Nothing pulls you in and makes you really know and understand the characters.

It is a good way to introduce kids to historical events and changes over time in a non threatening way.
