it was amazing

Mind-blowing, fascinating, heartbreaking, inspiring, blood-boiling, and unbelievable in parts. Thoroughly-researched. Strikes the perfect balance of sharing personal stories from survivors of all walks of life while analyzing the utter failure of government, bureaucracy and social institutions on multiple levels.
