The Confidence Gap
by Russ Harris
by Russ Harris
As an easily frustrated "perfectionist", I view this book as a very "revolutionized" mind approach, in the way of how to go for the genuine best.
It brings out the best way of handling negative thought and feeling, especially the fear, it's not to push it away, but to let it be, and let it further be your power finally. The psychology tool "Defusion" and "Expansion" to handle the negative mind and discomfort are really helpful. It drops my pressure and cleanses my senses for engaging challenges.
I strongly recommend to those who always think they are not good enough to achieve what they want.
