I know, I know, unpolished writing style, but very intriguing nevertheless...

Martine I quite enjoyed The Silence of the Lambs, despite Harris' maddening tendency to switch back and forth between past tense and present tense. He definitely knows how to tell a gripping story.

Bibliomantic In this one, harris introduces Lecter. The book does a good job of creating suspense, even though most of us know more or less what happens, and despite the fact that Harris is not a gifted writer. He does, however, have a creative mind and knows how to put together a page-turner.
I am planning to follow up RD with the above, Martine, and you might enjoy this one yourself.
