Aspects I liked

1. The Cover
I absolutely love the cover of this book. It's actually very striking and I also love the colors and the whole running away in heels.

2.The Plot
The plot is very enjoying, I have to admit. It was engaging and in a way original.

3.Alex
He's sweet, caring and adorable.

4.The Ending

Aspects I did not like

1.The Beginning.
Initially, I found the book a real drag. It was boring and I seriously wanted to stop reading but somehow I got the courage and continued reading.

2.Lila and her obsession.
Lila's obsession with Alex is kind of disturbing and I wasn't a huge fan of it. She kept whining on about Alex and to be honest, it was annoying.

3.No parents

4.Not fast-paced enough.
This book had the potential to be a lot more action-packed and exciting than it really was. The author spends a lot of time writing about Lila's crush on Alex. I'm hoping that she grows a little in the next book.

Overall, although I did not exactly fall in love with this book, I do think it becomes enjoyable towards the end.
For this reason, I will give the next book in the Lila series a shot.
