I enjoyed this book a lot. The story follows Hazel Winslow, and her family, friends and entire small town of Winslow, Washington (including their ghosts) through a strange and curious calamity. I liked how their stories were all intertwined, and the town has a rich history (and ghosts) that keep seeping into the present crisis. While the main character is seventeen-year-old Hazel Winslow, this is not a teen novel (although I see how they would also enjoy it.) I really liked Winslow, and would like to go there someday (but not during the incident.) A fun read!
