I own a copy

I am often leery of the second book in a trilogy. As much as I was eager to return to the world of Feed, I wasn't sure I would like the voice of Shaun as much as I loved the voice of George from book 1. When I bought the book, it was immediately snatched up by first my 15 yo son, and then my 18 yo son, both of whom raced through it and kept telling me I had to read it.

I was not disappointed by this story. Grant knows how to keep the tension and the stakes rising. And she's not shy about placing her central characters in danger.

It ends, not so much on a cliff hanger, but on a world changer, so be prepared to tear your hair out as you have to wait for book 3.

This has been a series that all of my family reads and loves and discusses at the dinner table, while we plan for the zombie uprising. :) What more could you ask for in a book?
