Really a 3.6

15 year old Matt believes he will be stuck with his absent-minded archeologist father for the summer holidays, but when he arrives at his father's house, he discovers it has been ransacked and his Dad is missing. Eventually he finds out that a madman bent on ruling the world (aren't they all?) has kidnapped his father so that he can force Dad to decipher a code that will give the madman control of the elements and everything on earth. With the help of some unusual friends, Matt tries to save his father and the world.

This would make a really good movie, I could see it all in my head as I was listening. There were, however, some slow parts of explanation that were necessary to the plot but bogged down the story somewhat. Overall, a pretty good action/adventure story.
