really liked it

The second book in the Refuge Trilogy picks up right where we leave Narissa in book one, finding a way back to her sister. Book two has us following Narissa and Damon as they navigate her world, and try to find a way back to the Refuge. I didn’t have any trouble finishing this book, and can’t wait to see how it continues and ends in book three. You learn a lot more about Narissa and her relationships with family and friends, and you allow yourself to feel the pain and joy as she grows even more during this novel. I don’t want to give away too many spoilers, or any really, but if you enjoyed Annexed, Cantrip will not disappoint. I appreciated the author’s keeping it at a young adult reading level, and young adult content, so many books seem to be YA but have adult content. Can’t wait for book three!
