it was ok
bookshelves: current-affairs-and-politics, social-sector

So to be perfectly honest I didn't get all the way through this book. I read a bunch of it, and it was pretty good. I definitely think it's worth reading for people who aren't familiar at all with how international aid works. I would probably have given this book 3 stars, but my reservation was that she introduced a lot of bias, and it wasn't always clear where she was being one-sided. I don't know why, but I'm starting to realize I have a hard time getting through books about NGOs. Maybe this says something about NGOs themselves...
