A fitting follow-up to Fisher's other autobiography. Fisher delves into more details regarding her shock treatments and talks about the good and bad side effects. She doesn't shy from the controversy surrounding them and lists both the pros and cons (severe memory loss among them). It's a fascinating glimpse into a world not normally talked about with positivity.

Fisher also talks more about her complicated relationship with her father, Eddie Fisher, who died recently, and about her relationship with Elizabeth Taylor (for those of you that don't know, Eddie left Carrie's mom, Debbie Reynolds, for Taylor when Carrie was little).

Carrie's wry sense of humor is always on display even while tackling touchy subjects. A great autobiography!
