This maybe contain a few spoilers!!!

John Grisham. The man who we know creates some of the best thrillers around. Well, this isn't one of them. He goes and decides to write a YA book. Firstly, he should do some more research about young adults because he got so many facts wrong. Boy are not interested in girls at the age of 13?! Half the year level doesn't have a cell phone?? A 13-year-old can have into a government system?

The worst part of the story isn't the inaccurate descriptions of youths but the plot of the story. The plot is soooooooo weak. The case seems all but over then suddenly a mysterious character comes in to save the day... How bori g... The whole story doesn't flow either, everyone is doing something at one point and next, something that has nothing to do with anything! Example, Theo's uncle Ike isn't in speaking terms with Theo's parents and all of a sudden, after a brief scene, they are all having breakfast! Another example, Theo meets up with Julio's cousin at the park, everything is serious and then all of a sudden, they decide to go home and have some pizza whilst watching TV... WTF.

The whole saga with April is disconnected, and uninteresting.

The only reason I gave this book 2 stars instead of 1 is because Theo is a pretty decent character that the readers are supposed to get along with.

Overall, a really poor book, GJ, stick with what you know or at least, get your facts right ...
