It just ended, and I feel so incomplete and unsatisfied. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but short of the initial kill where the story starts, there's not much to this book. Price is capable of so much more. Oh yes, I know, I usually rip through her novels without realizing time is passing. Sure we get glimpses of the developing connection between the two characters in this tale, but it feels more like the start to a new book than a complete story.

I've heard that all the Morpheus stories were originally designed to be one book, but even saying that, it was an awkward place to stop this one part. Yes, that's what's bothering me. It just ended, almost randomly. How'd Bill find him? Why? Why is the blood bothering him so much? I have some ideas, but no answers.
