Willy is a reserved kid who lives a lot in his head and frets over almost everything. He can't stand his pesky little sister Tabby, and he is having a hard time adjusting to shifts in his friendships, particularly with Mi-Su, a girl friend or is that a girlfriend? His best guy friend BT is carefree and spontaneous, which makes Will jealous at times, but also quick to judge and feel disdain.

Add to all of this the science quirk that a proton was recently observed flashing out of existence and you've got a kid who is quite overwhelmed by life and relationships and change and reality.

Great voice, great story, excellent characters, and thoughtful themes. I wish it was already out in paperback.
