Fairy Tales seem to be the new vampires in the landscape of popular culture. From tv and Broadway shows to literature and movies the retelling of these classic stories has become the thing to do.

Wickedly Charming tells the story of Cinderella's Prince Charming after they have divorced and his interest in someone unexpected and misunderstood. He has left the Kingdoms and come into our world to open a bookstore and get away from his overbearing father and his outdated views on things like child rearing. He is a single father trying to raise two young girls

Part of the charm of this story for me (a bookseller and reader) is the look into the world of writing, publishing and selling a book. Though I'll admit to being resistant to the change at first I came to love this story. So much so that the day after I finished it I had to go buy the second one to see how the story would play out. While I haven't read it yet I am looking forward to having the time to devote to it.
