Really Really enjoyed this book. Definitely had a lot of action going on and I was constantly wondering what was going to happen next. Poor Risa can never seem to catch a break with everything she's involved in! This book didn't deal a lot with the Keys or her father, but like I said, there was still a lot going on!
*sigh* Risa and her collection of men.... oye. there are few..... My favourite scenes were ones with Risa and Azriel (the Reaper and guide) - I love these two together and can't wait to see what happens next. It won't be easy for these two, but after reading this book especially where we actually got to see their relationship evolve somewhat, I'm hoping for the best down the line! I'm also ready to get rid of Lucian as it's clear as day he's using Risa for his endgame. I just wish she were strong enough to kick his butt to the curb. A casual relationship is not worth it when it comes to this Aedh with obvious ulterior motives. I'm also not sure why Jak, the ex that betrayed her, HAD to be introduced and brought into the mix. I don't want Risa to get caught up in his none-sense again either from what we are told of their past. We'll see.
I have to say, I'm enjoying this series more that the preceding Riley Jensen series. This one is simply more well rounded for my tastes. Can't wait to read the next one!
