Icebound by Julie Rowe starts off with a bang. When Dr. Emilie Saunderson steps off the plane in the Antarctica and nearly freezes to death, she's rescued by hunky Tom Wolinski, station manager of the icebound facility.

And this is only the beginning of a book filled with humour, emotional depth, and the dangers caused by the harsh Antarctica temperatures. Once I started this book, I couldn't put it down. It's the perfect blend of action and romance!
