Aldous Huxley's chilling vision of a super-sanitized future in which no one grows old, no one gets sick, there are no familial relationships, promiscuity abounds, and happiness is always just a gram of soma away. People are engineered via a test tube assembly line, their caste and future predetermined.

Widely viewed as as a classic novel, the most impressive thing about Huxley's Brave New World is how resonate it continues to be nearly 80 years after its publication. Since its release – and for countless years into the future – readers will be left wondering just how close we are moving to this imagined dystopian future.
