it was amazing
bookshelves: audio-books, fiction, english
Read in November, 2011

Reasons why I can't give this book less than five stars:
-Realistic protagonist that you just love.
-The bond between the brothers was heartwarming, maybe because it somehow resembles the relationship between me and my little sister (I must admit, I'm the mean one).
-The plot was not rushed or too slow. It seemed natural, in the way as if a piece of their lives has been written down.
-Other characters played a strong role in the story, and progressed as it move on. Especially the elder brother Charlie, who is my favorite.
-The audio narrator. I don't think that I would love the story as much if I read it rather than listened to it. He did an amazing job in portraying all the characters with different tones, feelings and speaking styles.
-Historical western theme, which is the least favorite of mine, have not annoyed me in this book.
